BUILDING A PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL PRESENCE FOR HUTCHINS PSYCHOLOGY.
Hutchins Psychology approached Adam Watters Creative to create a website that reflected their professionalism and care while driving visitors towards booking and contact actions. The project focused on improving user experience and design flow to make navigation intuitive and increase conversion rates.
THE DESCRIPTION.
We began by reimagining Hutchins Psychology’s online presence with a clear, welcoming design that guides users effortlessly from information to action. The new layout highlights core services — therapy, EMDR supervision, and coaching — while ensuring visitors can easily book sessions or make direct contact.
We also introduced refined branding elements to create a cohesive and calming look consistent with the therapeutic field. By combining effective UX design with strong visual identity, the new site builds trust, credibility, and ease of use across every page.
The project also included secure hosting and an ongoing maintenance package to ensure long-term stability, performance, and support.
PHASE 1
DISCOVERY.
We analysed the previous website structure and identified barriers preventing users from reaching key booking pages.
PHASE 2
DESIGN & BRANDING.
Developed a clean, calming visual identity that communicates professionalism and empathy while aligning with the client’s brand tone.

UX & DEVELOPMENT.
Optimised navigation and page structure to improve the user journey from landing to conversion, focusing on contact and booking actions.
