I’m Adam — a marketer, web designer and the founder of Adam Watters Creative. What started as a university side hustle is now a full-funnel marketing agency helping small businesses, consultants and therapists grow online — backed by a hand-picked network of specialist freelancers, including Callum (freelance marketing professional) and Luca (outbound marketing specialist), so the business scales without losing its founder-led care.
I started the agency for a simple reason: too many agencies overcharge and underdeliver. I don’t. I believe marketing only works as an ecosystem — your website, socials, content, ads and follow-up all pulling in the same direction — which is why everything we build connects.
Away from the laptop you’ll find me in the gym or watching football. Fitness matters to me, and so does mental health — it’s a big part of why I love working with therapists and wellbeing professionals. I genuinely love what I do, and I plan on doing it for a long time.
Studied business with entrepreneurship at the University of Lincoln while working a part-time job and testing side hustles. Somewhere in that course I came across marketing — and fell in love with it.
Landed a marketing internship while still at university, turning lecture theory into real campaigns — then completed a master’s degree in digital marketing.
Founded Adam Watters Creative in 2022, beginning as a web design studio and growing project by project into a full-funnel marketing partner.
We monitor results, track engagement, and refine each element — from website performance to social content — for continued growth.
Took the business full-time in 2025 — my proudest moment so far. Today that looks like 50+ projects delivered and 100K+ organic views generated for clients.
